Matbronze Art Gallery & Foundry:Specializes in bronze sculptures, Matbronze creates wildlife-inspired art and decor. Located on Karen’s Kifaru Lane, this gallery’s bronze creations emphasize Kenya’s rich natural heritage and appeal to those interested in fine craftsmanship and nature.Matbronze was founded in 1987,by Kenya artist,Dennis Mathews.It was the first bronze foundry in Kenya,and has expanded into a gallery,restraurant and local attraction.Guests are invited to watch part of the creation process such as bronze smelting and lost wax casting, witnessing craftsmanship at its best. The gallery also showcases a number of compelling wildlife and landscape paintings in various media and holds occasional photographic art exhibitions.
